Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms and conditions of sale regulate the relationship between Väikekaru OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the client (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) in the online store beebicuddles.ee.

2. Products and Prices

All products sold in the online store are ecological and eco-friendly baby gifts, toys, and accessories. Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for the delivery of goods will be added to the price. Information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the online store. Väikekaru OÜ is not a VAT payer, which means that the sales prices do not include VAT and no VAT will be added.

3. Placing an Order

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping cart and follow the instructions displayed at checkout. An order is considered placed after payment has been made. An order confirmation will be sent to the Buyer's email address.

4. Payment Methods

The online store accepts the following payment methods:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Shopify Payments
  • Estonian bank payments
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Gift card
  • Other available payment methods at checkout

NB! When paying via bank link, always click the "Back to merchant" button on the bank's page.

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment – in the secure environment of the respective bank when paying by bank link and in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS when paying by credit card. The Seller does not have access to the client's bank and credit card details. The contract comes into force from the moment the amount due is received on the online store's bank account.

The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid money (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.

Payment is processed securely. The Buyer's payment data is not stored on the Seller's servers.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered across Estonia. Delivery to other countries is by agreement — in this case, please contact us by email at info@beebicuddles.ee.

Delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after payment is received. Exact delivery terms and costs will be displayed at checkout before confirming the order. Free delivery applies to all orders starting from €49. Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout, and the free delivery discount is applied to qualifying orders before order confirmation. Free delivery applies to deliveries throughout Estonia via all available delivery methods.

We use the following delivery service providers:

    • Omniva — parcel terminals and courier services across Estonia
    • Itella SmartPOST — parcel terminals across Estonia

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods by notifying the Seller by email at info@beebicuddles.ee. The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale. The Buyer bears the return costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

7. Claims and Warranty

If the product is defective or does not match the order, please notify us within 2 years of receipt. To make a claim, please contact us by email at info@beebicuddles.ee, including the order number and a description of the problem.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, the Buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (TTJA) at www.ttja.ee. The European Union's dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Personal Data Protection

Väikekaru OÜ processes personal data in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.

10. Modification of Terms

Väikekaru OÜ reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale. Changes will take effect upon their publication on the website beebicuddles.ee. The terms and conditions valid at the time of placing the order will apply.
