Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item in your order. If the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear withdrawal notice before the deadline by email or through the form on our website. After submitting the notice, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been fulfilled, meaning before the goods have been dispatched. To cancel an order, use your customer account or contact us as soon as possible.

3. Return Conditions

Goods can be returned only if they are:

  • unused and in new condition;
  • in their original packaging, with all labels, tags, and included components intact;
  • free from signs of washing, wear, dirt, or damage.

We reserve the right to inspect returned goods and refuse a refund if an item has been used or damaged for reasons not attributable to us.

4. Goods Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

For hygiene and health protection reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods:

  • underwear, briefs, hygiene pants, pyjamas, and other personal hygiene products if the packaging has been opened;
  • muslin towels, nappies, baby towels, bibs, and other textile products if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used;
  • custom-made or personalised products;
  • other goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons after their packaging has been opened;
  • gift box sets assembled by the customer, as these are individually prepared orders and cannot be returned.

Wooden toys and most children’s outerwear can be returned if the conditions in Section 3 are met.

5. Refunds

We will refund the full cost of the goods. The original delivery fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are covered by Beebi Cuddles unless otherwise stated as part of a specific promotion.

The refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notice or the returned goods, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Warranty (2 Years)

Goods are covered by a two-year legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is defective, does not match its description, or has a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it, or issue a refund, free of charge. We will also cover shipping costs in both directions.

7. How to Return an Item

To return an item, complete the return form and indicate whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Pack the item securely and take it to a parcel locker. Use the return code provided by the carrier. If you have not received a return code, contact us and we will send you a return shipping label.

Once the returned item reaches us, we will inspect its condition. If it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund within 14 days or exchange the item, depending on the option selected on the return form.

  • Omniva: The buyer can arrange the return using the return code included in the parcel arrival notification.
  • Smartpost: Contact us if you have not received a return code.
  • DPD: The buyer can arrange the return using the return code included in the parcel arrival notification.
  • Unisend: The buyer can arrange the return using the return code included in the parcel arrival notification.
