Terms and Conditions

Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number when returning.

Personalised products, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item has been inspected.

Customers who purchased as a guest If you made a purchase as a guest (without an account), please contact us directly through the return request form — click here. Fill in the form with your order number and reason for return, and we'll assist you as soon as possible

How to return an item?

Log in to your account

Go to your account and click 'Orders'. Find the order you'd like to return

Submit a return request

Click 'Return item', select the items you wish to return and add a reason. A confirmation will be sent to your email.

Send the item back

Pack the item carefully. Usually you can drop it off at your nearest parcel locker using the return code sent to your email. If you don't have a return code — contact us and we'll sort it out. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of receiving the item.
